Williams Sonoma (WS)in South Windsor, CT had a system outage that denied my debit/credit card, I paid cash, and then WS charged both my debit and credit card for that same transaction (so I paid three times). I called the store for resolution but was told to: call customer service, they said go to store, store said bank issue, bank said store issue. It has been over three weeks and this is still not resolved. I have provided all supporting docs several times, bank has gotten involved, WS agrees they caused the issue, and still WS has not returned the $ to my checking or reversed the... More...
